Open to legal residents of the 50 United States & Washington, DC, who are at least 18 years of age. Sponsor: Lifeskool Company, LLC, 200 Jericho Quadrangle, Jericho, NY 11753. 1. DESCRIPTION:

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. The "Lifeskool Get A Bikini Body Sweepstakes" ("Sweepstakes") begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on Monday, July 9, 2007 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on Sunday, September 2, 2007 ("Sweepstakes Period"). The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Lifeskool Company, LLC, 200 Jericho Quadrangle, Jericho, NY 11753 ("Sponsor"). The Sweepstakes is hosted by www.lifeskooltv.com ("Website"). The administrator of this Sweepstakes is Creative ZING Promotion Group ("Administrator"), 4767 New Broad Street, Orlando, FL 32814.

2. ELIGIBILITY:

Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, DC, who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their state of primary residence at the time of entry ("Entrant"). In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an online/cell phone entrant, the authorized account holder of the e-mail account/cellular phone used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. "Authorized account holder" of an e-mail address/cellular phone is the natural person in whose name the e-mail address/ phone has been issued and to whom services are billed. Employees, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, Administrator, (collectively, "Sweepstakes Entities") and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, divisions, subsidiaries, agents, representatives and promotion and advertising agencies, together with the immediate family members and those living in the same household of such persons, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes void where prohibited.

3. HOW TO ENTER:

Entrants may participate in the Sweepstakes by entering online or sending a text entry. Online entrants can participate in the Grand and Ist Prize drawings. Entrants via text can participate only in the Grand prize drawing. To Enter Online: 1.) Log onto the Sweepstakes page located at www.lifeskooltv.com/bikini ("Sweepstakes Homepage") and follow the on-screen instructions to provide the requested registration information. Click "enter" to receive one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Drawing for the trip to Bikini Boot Camp. 2.) Opt-in to receive Bikini Challenge Newsletter to receive one (1) entry into the First Prize Drawing. After entrants receive their first newsletter they may opt-out from receiving future newsletters at their sole discretion and the decision to opt-out will have no bearing on the Sweepstakes. To Enter The Grand Prize Drawing Via Text: Send a non-premium Text "BIKINI" to 84695. Text entrants will receive a return text message confirming the entry and providing information about the promotion. Only after you complete the aforementioned process will you receive one (1) entry ("Text Message Entry") into the Grand Prize Drawing. Standard messaging rates, terms and conditions will apply. Text messaging method of entry requires 2-way text messaging capable phone and digital service across a 5-digit Common Short Code. You will be charged for the messaging according to the terms in your calling plan with your carrier. Text messaging is not available in all areas in the U.S. By texting your code, you grant permission to Sponsor to notify you if you are a winner via text message. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on Sunday, September 2, 2007. Grand Prize Drawing is limited to one (1) entry per person, per day for the duration of the Sweepstakes. First Prize Drawing is limited to one (1) entry per person for the duration of the Sweepstakes. Entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. Entrants must provide all information requested to be eligible to win. Incomplete, unreadable, or unintelligible entries will be disqualified. All information provided by entrants becomes the property of Sponsor. ELIGIBLE ENTRANTS MUST SUBMIT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES. NO OTHER METHOD OF SUBMISSION WILL BE ACCEPTED. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes Entrant's understanding of and full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant that Sponsor determines to be in violation of any term contained in these Official Rules. Sponsor's decision not to enforce a specific provision of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of the Official Rules generally.

4. PRIZES:

Grand Prize (1) One (1) Grand Prize Winner ("Winner") will be selected to receive: one (1) 7 day/6 night trip for two (2) to Bikini Boot Camp at Amansala in Tulum, Mexico. The trip will consist of the following: (a.) round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) to Cancun, Mexico from the major airport nearest Winner's residence; (b.) six (6) nights room accommodations for Winner and his/her guest in an Amansala cabana as selected by Sponsor (one room; double occupancy and room tax only); (c.) inclusive Amansala Bikini Boot Camp amenities tentatively scheduled as up to three (3) standard "on property" meals per person, per day; two (2) massages per person for the duration of the stay, one (1) Mayan Clay Treatment per person for the duration of the stay and all standard "on property" fitness programs. ARV of Grand Prize: $3950.

First Prizes (50 total) One (1) Bikini Boot Camp: Two Weeks to Your Ultimate Beach Body book by Melissa Perlman, Erica Gragg, Diana Marye Huff (Illustrator) ARV: $17.95.

Total Promotional Value: $4,847.50

Actual Grand Prize value depends on winner's place of residence and cost and availability of airfare and hotel at time of booking and travel and may be substantially higher or lower than estimated value. Trip dates will be specified by the Sponsor. Trip must be taken on the dates specified by the Sponsor and failure to travel during the specified times will result in forfeiture of the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to change travel dates and to substitute any or all of these portions of the prize for a prize of comparable or greater value should they become unavailable or impractical for any reason. Guests of the Winner must be at least 18 years of age and not a minor in his/her state of residence. The Grand Prize winner and guest are responsible for obtaining the necessary travel documents, insurance and/or passports, if applicable. Any expenses not addressed herein will be the sole responsibility of the winner, including but not limited to incidental expenses, room and tax charges and personal expenses. Winners will be responsible for any and all federal, state and/or local taxes resulting from acceptance of the prize. Prize winners cannot assign or transfer the prize to another person. No prize substitution is allowed except at the discretion of Sponsor. If a prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of Sponsor, a substitute prize of equal or greater retail value will be awarded; provided, however, that if prizes are awarded but unclaimed/forfeited by recipient, prize may not be re-awarded, in Sponsors' sole discretion. Other restrictions may apply. Limit one prize per household.

5. ODDS:

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:

Grand and First Prize winners will be selected via random drawings conducted by the Sweepstakes Administrator from among all eligible entries received for each prize classification [Grand or First] on or about September 10, 2007. The potential prize winners will be notified by telephone, email and/or overnight mail within approximately five (5) days of the aforementioned drawing date. The potential winner must be able to receive telephone calls from an unlisted and/or blocked number. Messages may not be left. Administrator reserves the right to disqualify anyone not fully complying with the Official Rules. Grand Prize Winner will be required to respond (as directed) to the notification within 72 hours of first attempted notification. The failure to respond timely to the notification may result in forfeiture of the prize and, in such case, Sweepstakes Administrator will randomly select an alternate Grand Prize Winner from the remaining eligible entries. Grand Prize Winner may be required to verify address and return within seven (7) days an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release covering eligibility, liability, advertising, publicity and media appearance issues, unless prohibited by law. Failure of the Grand Prize Winner to return the executed affidavit and release forms within the specified time period may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries for that prize. A prize will not be awarded until all such properly executed forms are returned. Travel companion of Grand Prize Winner must be 18 years of age or older and not a minor in his/her state of residence at the time of travel departure. Travel companions will be required to verify address and to execute before a notary public an affidavit of eligibility and, if permitted by law, liability/publicity release as directed prior to the travel departure date. Failure to return the executed travel companions affidavit and release forms within the specified time period may result in forfeiture of the prize.

7. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION/RELEASES:

Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By participating, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Sweepstakes Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and the Sweepstakes Administrator, which shall be final in all respects. By participating in this Sweepstakes and/or by accepting any prize that they may win, each entrant agrees to release the Sponsor and Sweepstakes Administrator; each of their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, units and divisions and advertising and promotional agencies and prize suppliers; each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees; and each of these companies and individuals' respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of the prize. Each entrant authorizes the Released Parties to use his/her name, voice, likeness, biographical data, city and state of residence and entry materials in programming or promotional material, worldwide in perpetuity, or on a winner's list, if applicable, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor's sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation. The Released Parties shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, stolen, misdirected, postage-due, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, garbled or unintelligible entries, communications or affidavits, regardless of the method of transmission; (ii) telephone system, telephone or computer hardware, software or other technical or computer malfunctions, lost connections, disconnections, delays or transmission errors; (iii) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry or other materials; (iv) any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of a prize, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; or (v) any printing, typographical, human administrative or technological errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. Sponsor disclaims any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participating in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes (or any portion of the Sweepstakes) should a virus, bug, computer problem, unauthorized intervention or other cause or problem corrupt or inhibit the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes and, in such situation, to select the winner(s) from eligible non-suspect entries received prior to and/or after such action or in such manner as deemed fair and appropriate by the Sponsor. Sponsor may prohibit you from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in their sole discretion, they determine you are attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices of intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other players or Sponsor's representatives. This Sweepstakes will be governed by the internal laws of the State of California. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this Sweepstakes must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

8. WINNERS/OFFICIAL RULES:

Requests for the names of the winners must be received no later October 1, 2007. Vermont residents may omit return postage.
