Nick Malgieri

Head of the pastry department of the Insitute of Culinary Education, Nick Malgieri has been recognized for his culinary talents since his 1996 induction into "Who's Who of Food and Beverage in America". Former Pastry Chef at Windows of the World, he was voted in 1998 and 1999 as one of the ten best pastry chefs in America by Chocolatier and Pastry Art and Design magazines. Award winning author of "Chocolate", Nick received an IACP/Julia Child cookbook Award as author of "How to Bake" and was nominated again in 2000 for his latest book, "Cookies Unlimited".
